Summary
Pokémon Horizons ' Roy has been do exceptionally well lately , having win his struggle with gymnasium loss leader Brassius during the Terastal course , even when it was n’t necessary to do so so as to pass . Now , Roy ’s streak uphold with another major first for any Pokémon flight simulator : their first evolution .
Roy currently own two Pokémon : his starter , Fuecoco , and a Wattrel , which he catch up with clean ahead of time on in the serial . Wattrel has unluckily been out of focus for the most part , appearing rather infrequently compare to Liko and Dot ’s other Pokémon , such as Hatenna and Tinkatink . When Roy first find Wattrel , it was struggling to fly , but he helped it watch even before catching it . Still , it often scramble in high winds and would give up when faced with difficult conditions .
It seems that all Wattrel really needed , however , was the right motivation : Roy being in danger .
Roy’s First Evolution Is a Lot Like Ash

In the sequence , Roy has been trying to write a account on wild Pokémon in the domain , sharpen his care on a Capsakid . The Capsakid oversee to get in trouble , however , stuck on a drop ledge near a waterfall where it could n’t get back up . Roy climbed down to help it , but the path back up collapsed behind him , leaving him in a tough position as well . Wattrel attempted to facilitate , but the unattackable gusts blowing around the waterfall keep back knock it back . Kilowattrel ’s new size and wingspan make it a far more powerful flyer than before , allowing it to finally seize those clayey winds which used to give it difficulty .
