With four installment already issue , viewer have already been introduced to most ofThe Acolyte ’s mold of persona , but these newfangled character posters and profiles extend a reintroduction . At this point in the show , The Acolytehas already display several unlike side ofthe High Republic epoch , and the latest batch of post-horse make those opposing forces plain to see . From heroes to villain tothe Witches of Brendok , who do n’t seem to fit into either category , the characters ofThe Acolytework together to make a very complex story .
In a single thread of situation byStar Wars , the enfranchisement has cave in a fresh feeling atThe Acolyte ’s already - establish fictional character , which seems to reassert something about the hereafter of the show . Star Warsshared post-horse and profiles for eight characters , including Osha Aniseya ( Amandla Stenberg ) and Pip , Yord Fandar ( Charlie Barnett ) , Torbin ( Dean - Charles Chapman ) , Vernestra Rwoh ( Rebecca Henderson ) , Qimir ( Manny Jacinto ) , Mother Aniseya ( Jodie Turner - Smith ) , and Mother Koril ( Margarita Levieva ) . Some of those characters , however , are currently all in , which ostensibly confirms thatThe Acolytehas another flashback sequence in entrepot . Since they ’re likely to return , Star Warshas given new brainstorm into those characters .
Here ’s everything you need to follow along with Star war : The Acolyte , from consultation and trifle to principal takeaway from each new episode .

Osha & Pip
The first Charles William Post inStar Wars ' thread focused on Osha Aniseya and her trustworthy droid sidekick , Pip . Their poster seems to occur fromThe Acolyteepisode 1 , when the prison transport clangor put down on Carlac . Osha ’s profile runs through a bit of her setting , as it details her time as a meknek and her history with the Jedi Order and Master Sol . Pip ’s profile proves that the droid ’s chirp and bleep are " chipper , " and it seems to suggest the many tool at Pip ’s administration will continue to be important to Osha ’s time inThe Acolyte .
Yord Fandar
Yord ’s poster and visibility , like Osha ’s , does n’t offer much in the way of new entropy about him . It support that he acts as a guardian at the Jedi Temple , and his placard highlights his overly - serious behaviour , butThe Acolytehas already prove both of those parts of Yord ’s role . While it is n’t new information , the bank bill about how Yord ’s attachment to the rules " can corrupt his mind " seems particularly significant to remember asThe Acolytecontinues to raise its stakes .
Yord , a Jedi Knight and guardian from the Jedi Temple , is an overachiever and a rule follower . His pauperization to be a by - the - book Jedi can cloud his mind .
Torbin
In keeping with the previous characters , Torbin ’s profile is likewise free of new information . His post was unusual in a very interesting way , however , because it was noticeably short . It makes no mention of Torbin ’s time on Brendok , and it seemsStar Warsis continue information about Torbin purposefully hard to rule . That advise Torbin has a much more of import function to act than he has so far , which is very interesting considering the possibility of another flashback episode . Torbin ’s visibility was light , but his bill did substantiate that he wield a white-livered lightsaber , like several other Jedi of the High Republic .
Vernestra Rwoh
The most interesting thing about Vernestra ’s Emily Price Post is not her visibility , but rather her post-horse . The bill sticker shows Vernestra ’s regal lightsaber , which establish her as one fo the few Jedi who has used that color other than Mace Windu . It ’s also one of the few glance ofVernestra ’s lightwhip , a change lightsaber , that has been given so far , although the poster shows it in lightsaber form . As for her profile , it mostly recaps the broad strokes of Vernestra ’s write up in the High Republic novels , and her meteoric lift through the ranks of the Jedi Order .
A prognostic among the Jedi of the High Republic , Vernestra " Vern " Rwoh was one of the young Jedi ever to achieve the rank of Knight . She served at a time of crisis for the Republic , battle on the front wrinkle against the Nihil , the Nameless , and the Drengir , and turn out herself heady beyond her years . Vern will appear in live - action in The Acolyte , set over a hundred years after she became a Master , at the tail end of the High Republic Era .
Qimir
Qimir ’s visibility , like Torbin ’s , is most interesting not for what it say , but for what it leave out . Many viewers believeQimir could be the Sith Lord ofThe Acolyte , but his visibility goes nowhere near direct such a reveal . Instead , it focus on his life as a smuggler and trader , and his loyalty to living an wanton life . It is interesting to take note that Qimir ’s bill has him turned mostly away from the photographic camera , and he has a very suspicious look on his face , which may be an indication there ’s more to his report thatThe Acolytehas yet to reveal .
Mother Aniseya
Like Torbin , Mother Aniseya is one of several character who received a poster and visibility despite being idle during the legal age ofThe Acolyte . Her card boast Mother Aniseya in a affectation she frequently used , with her arms down and open , but it does n’t offer much new information . likewise , her profile reiterates things already revealed inThe Acolyteepisode 3 , such as her noesis of the Force and the main end of the Witches of Brendok . While Mother Aniseya ’s post-horse and visibility could simply serve as an introduction to the series , it does seem to indicate she still has more to do beforeThe Acolyteis over .
Mother Aniseya is the leader of a coven of Witches who esteem their independence and the preservation of their beliefs and powers .
Mother Koril
Mother Koril is the last character to receive a poster and visibility , but she could well be the most important . As one of Mae and Osha ’s mothers , Koril had a fair big persona inThe Acolyteepisode 3 , but she , like Aniseya and Torbin , is seemingly dead . Koril ’s profile , however , emphasized her status as a " stern and capable warrior , " which seems to suggest that more happened on Brendok thanThe Acolytehas so far shown . It could also be a hint that Koril will not only show up in a flashback , but that she may have even survived Brendok . That is , of course , just guess , and only future installment ofThe Acolytewill show Koril ’s real role in the show .
