The Boysseason 4 piece up aright whereThe Boysseason 3 stop , with the titular squad attempting to kibosh Victoria Neuman from becoming Vice President of the United States while Butcher operates in the background and continues seek to kill Homelander . The Boysseason 4 , sequence 4 continue the story in a tragical way , but it teases a new supe .

They Have Both Taken Compound V
The Boysseason 4 , episode 4 is setting upsupe versions of Billy Butcher and Hugh Campbell Sr . , and I could n’t be more mad . Although they have just been veritable humans up until now , I consider that supe Simon Pegg and supe Billy Butcher are incredibly exciting forThe Boysseason 4 . Up until now , Simon Pegg has played a minor function inThe Boys . I ’ve always desire that he would get a prominent role due to me being a fan of Simon Pegg movies likeShaun of the Dead , and this Compound V storyline taunt that his story is about to get much bigger . Rather than being a side reference , Pegg is about to play a supe , and I could n’t be more frantic .
Billy Butcher becoming a supe is also a big deal , as it means that he could stay on around longer . Due toBilly Butcher ’s Temp V usage , he has had an loss date for a while , with the show teasing that he will die before its conclusion . However , Butcher ’s usance of Compound V could grant him to endure for even longer , with him potentially lodge around until the end of the show .

However , this is all just speculation , asThe Boyswill doubtless let out their powers soon .
