During its run , Cobra Kaihas win in turning multiple villains into trustworthy alliesof the main lineament . Even Chozen , who almost became a liquidator inThe Karate Kid Part II , is now counted as a friend to Daniel . Something like can be said of Mike Barnes , who appear to be devoid of likable qualities inThe Karate Kid Part III , but was presented as a furniture storage possessor with actual regrets about his action mechanism in 1985 .
Cobra Kaihas also applied this approach to its original characters , allowing people like Robby , Hawk , and Tory to exchange their way as well .
